How can I sort through my RFPs?

You can use the search bar to locate a specific hotel you manage or RFP. If you handle multiple properties, this will allow you to focus on a specific RFP request with a more urgent Due Date, or a hotel with multiple inquiries. 

At the first site, you have the below information for each RFP request:

• RFP Name

• Status of RFP (please see below)

• Hotel Name the request is assigned to

• Event Dates: The exact dates the client is requesting rooms

• Due Date: The client's deadline to receive bids from hotels

• Last Update: This is the latest time or date the bid was touched by either party.
