How do I track updates on an RFP?

Updates (statuses) are visible on the dashboard under the RFP name. On the RFP, you will have clear changes in orange to indicate what has been changed by the opposing party. 

The point of contact/s linked to the account will also receive Launchpad notifications and email updates, as shown below:

• New RFP Request: Create an account or view the RFP via a link.
• Counter Offer Received: “View Details” in the email to see the counterbid.
• Bid Accepted: “View Contract” to proceed.
• Contract Signed: Confirm contract execution with downloadable details.
