How are rooming lists handled?

After the contract signature, hotels are connected with the team managing the rooming list. Reservations are delivered by the contract cutoff date.

For Crewfare RFPs, reservations will be submitted through the Digital Rooming List feature included with your Launchpad account. For more information review the "Digital Rooming List" article.
