What is the Digital Rooming List (DRL)?

The digital rooming list will allow you to receive rooming lists, upload confirmation numbers, approve or decline last-minute changes, mark no-shows, and more… all within your Launchpad profile.

With your DRL access, you will have access to:

• One Central Rooming List per Event: Each event has its own dedicated rooming list, so reservations stay organized and easy to manage.
• Change Management (No Emails Needed): If a guest name, room type, or stay date changes, event organizers can submit updates directly in Crewfare. As a hotel, you’ll be able to review and approve changes inside the DRL — no back-and-forth emails required
• Batch Uploading & Auto-detection: As a hotel, you can upload whatever file your PMS has generated, and Crewfare’s system will map it to our existing bookings and highlight discrepancies/differences.
• Version History: Every reservation includes a full audit trail showing original submissions, updates and approvals, confirmation numbers and timestamps.
• Collaboration at Scale: The DRL supports large events, tight timelines, and multiple stakeholders, without losing visibility or control.
