When you open a bid link to view the RFP or click “View RFP” on your dashboard, you will see the below:
RFP Special Event Name
Hotel Name
Venue
Dates of Event
Throughout the RFP process, there is a drop-down menu and the ability to change any field
- Room Types
- This needs to be exactly what is shown on your hotel website. You can change the name, room type, configuration, hotel room occupancy, and additional person value.
- Please note: The room type that you alter will automatically be generated onto the “Room Rates” table.
- Room Rates
- You can easily adjust the room quantities you can accommodate amongst these dates
- It needs to be consistent throughout the stay
- For example, if you can only offer 5 kings on one day and 8 kings on a different day, please keep it as 5 kings consistently.
- Value
- Input the best-discounted rate you can offer for these dates
- Comment
- Anything you would like to note to the client, you are welcome to add a comment to communicate with the team.
- Terms (Shown below)
- Use the drop-down menu to make changes and the comment section on each term to communicate with the opposite party on reasoning or anything you want to note.
*** Any changes will be clearly shown in an orange color to the opposite party.
Once completed, you can click “Send a Bid”, a pop-up with confetti will indicate your bid has been sent!
